The printed chicken box is the standard box of every chicken shop: fried chicken, wings, tenders and nuggets go over the counter warm and stacked. The range has four sizes. FC0 is the snack box for a small portion of nuggets, FC1 the portion box for wings or tenders, FC3 the large box for meal portions and sharing. The FC4 kids box has its own shape with room for a snack, fries and a surprise, ready for your own kids meal concept. The cardboard is 230 to 350 gsm with a grease-blocking coating, full-colour printed in CMYK. Lead time usually 4 to 5 weeks.

A chicken shop sells in portions: small to taste, regular as a meal, large to share. The FC range follows that logic. The FC0 of 140 by 78 mm fits six nuggets or a small snack portion and comes 800 to a box. The FC1 of 170 by 100 mm is the size for a portion of wings or tenders. The FC3 of 225 by 120 mm takes a meal portion or a sharing box for two.
The FC4 kids box deliberately differs: taller, with a friendly size of 200 by 130 by 130 mm that fits a snack, fries and a small extra together. It lets you launch your own kids meal that holds its own next to the big chains, with your brand on the table instead of someone else's.
Fried chicken is a tough customer for packaging: hot, greasy and often with sauce on the side. That is why the 230 to 350 gsm cardboard carries a cellophane or PE coating that blocks grease, keeping the box firm and the print sharp, from fryer to front door.
The boxes are delivered flat and set up in one movement. At peak times that matters: a queue at the till does not wait for someone folding boxes. And because each size has its own pls. code, your team reorders without confusion about which box is meant.
The FC4 kids box deserves its own paragraph, because it plays a different game than the rest of the range. A kids meal is not about the chicken but about the moment: the box opens, there are fries inside, a snack and something extra. The big chains have monopolised that moment; with your own printed kids box you take it back for your own business.
Put a game, colouring page or mascot on the box and next time the child asks for your place by name. Families pick the restaurant where the kids get happy, and that choice starts with a box of 200 by 130 mm.
The chicken box is made for businesses where fried chicken is the core of the menu, from specialist to snack bar with a chicken line. It runs daily here:
