The hinged lid opens and closes without loose parts, so packing is fast and the box stays shut in the delivery bag. The cardboard is 230 to 350 gsm, full-colour printed in CMYK with dispersion varnish and coated with cellophane or PE against grease. For extra strength with heavy meals, choose the corrugated cardboard version. Two sizes, 300 to 350 pieces per box, reordering on a fixed pls. item code. Lead time usually 4 to 5 weeks.

One box for the whole meal
A meal order in separate containers means stacking, sliding and hoping everything stays upright. The menu box solves that with one open space that fits a complete meal: a burger or grilled dish with fries and sides next to it. Closing one box is faster than sealing three containers, and nothing slides apart in the delivery bag.
The clamshell lid hinges at the back and closes at the front with a click tab. No loose lids getting lost next to the till, no wrong-size lid on the wrong container. For the kitchen that means fewer actions per order, and at peak times every second counts.
Standard cardboard or corrugated
The standard version in 230 to 350 gsm coated cardboard is the right choice for most meals. The cardboard is sturdy, the cellophane or PE layer blocks grease and the full-colour print turns every box into a billboard.
For heavy meals, grilled meat with sauce or longer delivery distances there is the corrugated version. The corrugated structure works as insulation and as suspension: the box holds heat longer and carries more weight without bending. We print both versions with the same design, so you can choose per channel without needing a second house style.
Delivered flat, set up fast, stored tight
Menu boxes arrive stacked flat: 350 of the low size or 300 of the tall one fit in a single outer box. That saves serious storage space compared to pre-formed containers, which mostly transport air. One metre of shelving holds thousands of meals in stock this way.
Setting up takes one folding movement, without tape or staples. New staff learn it in a minute, and at peak times your team sets up boxes while the kitchen keeps going. When you reorder, your pls. item code is enough: same size, same print, no new setup costs.
